Fleet

Boards, kayaks and wetsuits: condition, maintenance flags, and allocation against the schedule.

Every board, every kayak, every service flag. Yours. The schedule board reads this list live: a board marked out of service cannot be double-booked onto a session, so the office never finds out a board is missing at the water's edge.
Peak demand, next 7 days
12/ 13 boards
8/ 9 kayaks

Highest simultaneous demand across the 13 sessions scheduled in the next 7 days, allowing for sessions that overlap in time. Equipment allocation can never exceed the in-service fleet count: Totus blocks a booking before it would over-allocate, it does not just flag it after the fact.

How the allocation guard works

Every session on the Sessions board declares the boards and kayaks it needs. Totus checks that number against every other session running at the same time, on the same day, and against how many boards and kayaks are currently in service (not out for repair). A board taken out of service, like Board 14 today, immediately tightens what the schedule will allow, before a coach ever turns up short at the water.
